Before starting here at Credit Suite, I have held different positions in the Customer Service Retail and, Credit Union industry. This is what led me to my amazing career here at Credit Suite. I still find myself striving every day to provide the best customer service I can provide, along with my vast knowledge in information technology, and lending.

With being a native in the Pacific Northwest in the lovely state of Idaho, I enjoy exploring all the lakes and mountains we have. I enjoy the usual camping, swimming, hiking, and sitting on the dock watching the sunset across the lake. I can also be a homebody watching Lifetime Movies in my spare time.

I've been in customer service, and banking for over ten years. I enjoy a challenge and knowledge. I am so excited to be a part, and grow with this company!

I am a mom of three handsome boys. Ages 8, 3, and a boxer pup who is 2. We enjoy hiking, kayaking, soccer games, and football.

My favorite part of working in Credit Suite is helping clients talk to the credit specialists, because it allows me to help them realize the importance of building business credit.

When I’m not working, I tried to avoid the screen as much as possible. I like to watch TV series like Criminal Minds, current events or spending quality time with my daughter. I’m a devoted mother, pet lover and a positive individual.

I think of myself as an outgoing, genuine, and straightforward person, although I’ve also been known to be blunt when affronted. The things I love most in life are my family, my daughter Louise and my relationship with God.

I’ve been with customer service and sales industry since 2007, and I really love it.

Prior to joining Credit Suite, I have been in the Customer Service industry for 14 years and running. Wherein, within those years I have managed to work with Tech, Sales and Customer Service altogether. I have also been an Agent, a Trainer, a Supervisor and an Operations Manager. The journey I had only taught me one thing, Success is only attained when you hear your customer is genuinely satisfied.

I am a father to 2 amazing children (Bianca and Izzy), a husband to a great wife (Annie) and a host to 7 lovable dogs (5 pups).

Outside of work, I am a Professional MMA Fighter (Jiu Jitsu) and a Gamer.

Before Credit Suite, I used to work for a Business Process Outsourcing Company for the last 10 years as an Account Manager handling Technical Support and Medical Campaign at the same time. Started as an agent then became a Team Leader and Sales Trainer as well. All the experiences in life are my greatest teachers.

Outside Credit Suite, I love watching movies and animes. I also play guitar and write songs.
